Adelle and Don stopped along the South Saskatchewan river where we believe Russ' ashes were spread into the river. Took some extra time at this location to reflect back on our wonderful memories of Russ and also to think about Merle and family.

Don and Adelle on our way home from our day of biking, walking, running and biking. We had a wonderful 2.5 hours!! If we would have had more time, we would have gone for a 'sauna at the Y'....We believe Russ would have appreciated that!

Thought we would add a scenic shot from our run along the South Saskatchewan river for those of you unfamiliar with Saskatoon. There are 54 kms of trails along the river that runs through the middle of Saskatoon for bikers, walkers, rollerbladers, etc.
