I walked down Bay Street to the train station … but I left early so I could walk in memory of Russ!



I’ve been thinking about him a lot the last few weeks. I am going to Ottawa at the end of Sept. to do fit breaks and fitness activities for the Health, Work and Wellness conference. The organizer explained to me that on the Friday a.m. they do a Fitwalk dedicated to Russ Kisby … I said, Yes, I think I’ve heard of him … J. So I’ll be doing the fitwalk in Russ’ memory … how cool that I happen to be the one going on behalf of ParticipACTION … and it’s dedicated to Russ!
